What is BarbecueLife?

BarbecueLife is a social network for fellow Q'rs like yourself, created for and with you. The site is full of fun information including history, regions/styles, recipes, listings of restaurants, user submissions, and so much more.

 

Who is the audience?

Everyone who loves Q'n, grilling, and outdoor cooking in general! Having grown significantly over the years, even during difficult economic times (read the History of BBQ to learn more about this), it is now more popular than ever and can be enjoyed year round.

 

Why another BBQ site?

Unlike other sites BarbecueLife was created for and with our users through contributions of your own recipes, tips, stories, events, and contestant entries. While we include lots of information there is no one Q Master so we look to those in our community to make this the best resources on the net!

 

How do we participate?

Well, think of BarbecueLife as sort of a Facebook for BBQ enthusiasts. There are key differences, but we want you to share your stories, recipes, favorite BBQ Joints, tips, tricks, and techniques, and anything you think others would enjoy.

Submit your own stories and photos, links to videos, or simply email us and we’ll be sure to add your content to the site for all to share and enjoy.

We also will be hosting fun contents such as Do the Q dance/jig, slogans, recipes, favorite BBQ Joints, and more where users rate submissions and the highest rated win prizes, so join in and become a star! If you have a link to a YouTube video, Facebook page or website be sure to include that as well.
